We hired three rooms at the Guildhall for our charity's AGM and found the space and facilities to be excellent. Gareth and Tim planned our day to perfection and organised caterers and zoning for our the conference and lunch. They ensured the day ran smoothly without a hitch. I should say that as a charity we need to keep our costs to the minimum and the Guildhall offered exceptional value in that respect. Highly recommend for your event.
The hiring of the guildhall was a quick and easy process with excellant communication. The venue was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Gary the caretaker was excellant, he was helpful and polite. He had all the tables put out for us and also put them away after the event. Gary talked us through the fire procedure and also made sure fire exits were kept clear at all times. A very valued member of staff in our eyes.
Set up was perfect for our bingo night. Nothing was too much trouble for Gary, providing number randomiser and sorting lighting. Will book again
We booked the Chard Guildhall for an evening event and found the booking staff were efficient and helpful, they also advertised the event for us. The hall is a great space to host events and is easy for your guests to find - great space thank you Chard Guildhall.

The staff are incredibly helpful the building is beautiful I am definitely using it in the future for my events a real gift to the town
